4. Order Tracking

    • A tracking link to check delivery status online.

  • Please allow 12 hours for tracking to update once your order is dispatched.

  • Import Duties & Taxes

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We will:

    1. Investigate with the carrier—this may take 7–14 business days.

    2. Offer a replacement or refund, depending on stock and availability.


7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they haven't entered the shipping process.

  • To modify or cancel, email info@UnifiedVision.store with your order number as soon as possible.

  • Once shipped, you’ll need to follow our Return Policy to receive a refund after the item is returned.


8. Delivery Issues & Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure the shipping address is accurate and up-to-date. We cannot be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • Missed deliveries or rerouting requests may incur extra charges from the carrier.

  • If a package is returned to us due to customer error (e.g., refusal, incorrect details), a reshipment fee will apply.
